Basically, in a lot of Asian countries, this type of skincare step in the skincare routine is done every day but if you are taking care of your skin properly with other products ,you should be more then okay with applying it twice a week, as this tissue is providing this skin with a higher concentration of active ingredients compared to a regular serum or a regular essence.
