2. Apply it on your clean face
3 .Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes while massaging with a FACE ROLLER

HOW FREQUENTLY SHOULD I USE A SHEET MASK ?
Traditionally these are mostly used in South Korea and Japan, but today we find them in all the marketplaces.
Basically, in a lot of Asian countries, this type of skincare step in the skincare routine is done every day but, I don’t advise doing it every day.
I advise using the sheet masks at least twice a week, as this tissue is providing this skin with a higher concentration of active ingredients compared to a regular serum or a regular essence.
Also, it depends, if you are applying a sheet mask for inflammation or acne, you can apply it a maximum of three times a week, but, if you are applying it for hydration a couple of times a week, it’s more than enough.
Yeah, use them according to this routine and you will see the difference.

What is the next step, post you apply the sheet mask and take it off?
Here, one thing to make sure is every time you use a sheet mask you should seal your skin with a great skincare product.
Do not forget to apply a good cream afterwards – it is an important step.
So, once you remove the tissue from your face, you’ll tap the access product and let it sink deep and deeper into the skin.
And then you’ll seal it with something that has a fat content, like a cream or a lotion.
